Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream DIY

Did you know that there aren’t any oil glands in the skin around the eyes? This is why it tends to dehydrate, especially as we age, and is prone to wrinkles. Eye creams are designed to be rich and emollient, to help reduce wrinkles.

Experiment with different to see how they feel on the skin around your eyes. The oils to try are available in health food stores, and include avocado, apricot kernal, or sesame oil.

Anti-Wrinkle Eye Oil Cream

1/4 cup avocado oil, apricot kernel oil, or sesame oil (or a mixture of these)
1/4 cup aloe vera gel

Combine ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend. Dab some on your fingers and massage into your skin.

Shelf Life: About 4 months refrigerated.

  1. Avocado is one of the fruits that benefits the skin since it contains anti oxidants and several vitamins and nutrients that are good for the skin.

  2. It pays to have a quick treatment for the eyes on a day to day basis. It’s easy to realize how much wrinkles are created when you consider how our faces are exposed on a daily basis.
